chia seeds seem to be helping my digestion and general feeling of well being. They taste fine alone or add a crunchy goodness to ceral and other dishes. I recomend them to anyone who is looking to do something heathy in the new year.

Bad taste

I don't know if it was a bad batch or just this product in general but I had a lot of trouble eating these. I put them in smoothies and mixed with Greek yogurt and had a could barely even swallow. Swanson has a White Chia 100% Pure White Chia Seed 16 oz (454 grams) Pkg which I have no problem with and will be all I use going forward. The White Chia also comes in a container with a screw on lid and scoop making it much more functional.

This is a great product

After having gastric bypass surgery I have been looking for ways to increase my fiber. I put this in my oatmeal in the morning and it is wonderful.
